International orders are shipped via dhl priority international which can take up to 20 days depending on location. Signature is required at the time of delivery.
Once packages are received by usps, we are no longer responsible for the package. Usps is responsible and any other questions or concerns should be through them (1-800-275-8777).
Do not place last minute orders. Please give yourself time to ensure that you receive your products before any important events. We are not responsible for any late packages due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays that are out of our control.
